All deliveries are sent from the EEC by international registered Traxity post or Federal Express upon your order. Federal Express deliveries normally take between 1 to 3 days from date of shipping* International Post deliveries normally take between 3 - 14 days from date of shipping* Once the Order is send out you will be given a tracking reference number by email for which you can visit the Federal Express website (www.fedex.com) or the post website ( www.trackandtrace.nl ) to monitor the status where your parcel is (if applicable)

If you have not received your goods in a timely manner as delivery schedule says above then please immediately contact us by email and giving your personal details + order number and we check for you what the failure is.
Loss/Damage of Goods (In transit)
All items purchased from Pentacard are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We only ship under the terms & conditions of the carrier/forwarder ( we have no control over third parties )
